A community photo contest celebrating Halloween and creativity with RogerApp.ai. The contest runs Oct 25–November 30, 2025, is open to individuals 18+ located in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, and allows unlimited entries. No purchase is necessary.
How to enter
Submit your work using one of these routes: • Post on Instagram using #RogerAppHalloween2025 and tag @rogerapp.ai; or • Send us a DM on Instagram to @rogerapp.ai; or • Email your entry to marketing.sales@playfulpixels.com. Entries posted or DM’d as one post can contain one or more photos; they’re evaluated as one entry. All correctly submitted entries are considered, and each entry belongs to its creator.
Rights & attribution
• Ownership: You keep all rights to your images—including images created with the free on-demand package. • What you grant us: By submitting correctly (see Section 2), you grant us a narrow permission to repost your competition images on our website and official social media. Nothing broader is taken or implied. • Credit: Whenever we publish your entry, we will link and/or tag you as the creator in a reasonable, platform-appropriate way. • No backdoor: We only gain reposting rights to images you actually submitted in the proper way for this competition—nothing else.
Prizes & offers
• Grand Prize: A 3-month Light subscription (Normal price €132). • Early birds: The first 50 participants receive a free on-demand package (Normal price €9.80). • A separate -20% discount may be promoted during the campaign. When referenced alongside prizes, we’ll speak in terms of Normal price, not “value.”
Judging — who and what we look for
• WHO: Your photos are scored by the same people who developed and released the first version of RogerApp.ai. The jury will also hear the community. • WHAT: We consider creativity, originality, attention to detail, and the prompt you used. • Weighting: – 40% Creativity / Concept – 30% Technical Execution – 20% Halloween Theme / Storytelling – 10% Social Media Reception The Jury will keep a close eye on all online feedback on all entries.
Winner notification & substitution
Winners will be contacted via the same channel they used to enter (Instagram DM or email). If needed, we may substitute prizes of similar nature. The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
Conduct & eligibility
You confirm you are 18+ and located in the EEA/UK/Switzerland. Keep entries within lawful, platform-permitted boundaries. We may remove or decline entries that break platform rules or applicable law.
Data & privacy
We handle personal data in a GDPR-compliant manner. Typical retention for campaign-related personal data is 90 days; after that, we keep only what’s needed for legal or accounting reasons. You can contact us for data requests at marketing.sales@playfulpixels.com.
Odds, purchases, and fees
No purchase necessary. Purchasing does not improve odds. Entry is free; normal internet/phone charges from your provider may apply.
By submitting, you acknowledge these Terms, retain your image rights, and allow us the narrow permission to repost your properly submitted competition images with credit—so your work gets seen, celebrated, and clearly attributed.
